Apex AlFjr Loan and Investment operates from the Dubai International Financial Centre, a jurisdiction chosen for its regulatory standards and its position between global markets. Our clients are individuals and businesses across many countries who want structured financing or considered investment exposure without the friction of traditional private banking.
Being headquartered in Dubai does not make us a local lender. Eligibility is determined by assessment and by our Compliance team's restricted jurisdictions list, not by where our office sits.
